The master bedroom and the other bedrooms have private access to the gulf front screened porch, furnished with rocking chairs and tables. Amenities include a well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, central heat & ac, 3 flat screened cable tvs, high speed internet, covered parking, a large outdoor enclosed shower with a sitting and dressing area.
This home is pet friendly, with a fee of $111.00 per pet, limit two.

An optional fee of $45.00 for accidental damage insurance is included in lieu of paying a refundable damage deposit.
If you wish to pay the refundable damage deposit you may do so at the time you are called for confirmation and the $45.00 fee will be removed.
