Sickness, injury or death to either you, a traveling companion or an imediate family member or business partner.
Inclement weather;
Your residence or the island is unihabitable by fire flood or similar natural disaster, even vandalism or burglary;
Jury Duty;
Military duty, (within 30 days of departure);
Termination or transfer of employment;
