This is a beautiful gulf side home in “Old Florida” Indian Pass. Indian Pass is located along the Gulf Coast between Port St. Joe and Historic Apalachicola, just three miles past the turn to Cape San Blas. This area offers miles and miles of secluded beaches on one side and rich estuaries on the other side. You will truly feel like you have stepped back in time, a time when people relaxed and just enjoyed being with friends and family while making memories.
“The Pass” is celebrated most for the excellent fishing, lagoon oysters, and an incredible range of habitat. Every visit to Indian Pass is not complete without a trip to the Indian Pass Raw Bar, located at the entrance to the Indian Pass Peninsula, which is located two miles from Palmetto Breeze. They are known worldwide for their Indian Pass Lagoon oysters.
You are going to love this beautiful gulf side home. This is a three bedroom and two and half bath home and is designed to be enjoyed by the entire family. The main living area of the home, has an open floor plan, with the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential cooking and dining needs and has a large pantry. In the Living Room there is a large sliding door that opens up to a screen deck. The Master Suite is also located on this level, a large 400 square foot suite with a large private bathroom with his and her vanities. There is also a laundry room and half bath on this floor.
The upper level of the home has an open office space, a great spot to take advantage of the high speed internet service if you must work or check your Facebook. There are two more gulf front bedrooms and a full bath on this level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twin beds.
The lower level has plenty of covered parking, a fish cleaning sink, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower for your convenience.
Palmetto Breeze is the perfect home for the adventurous family. Indian Pass is a great place for kayaking, fishing and just plain relaxing. Driving on the beach is allowed with a permit. Ask our friendly reservationist how to obtain one.
Make sure you take a ride or walk down to the boat landing at Indian Pass Campground, less than 1 mile east down the beach, and watch the boats come in with their daily catch or better yet bring your own boat and show your catch. You can also take the shuttle over to St. Vincent Island for a day trip. Whatever you decide to do or not to do at Palmetto Breeze one thing is for sure you will be glad that you did.
